Who will clean my office or service area ?
Our carefully selected, vetted, and rigorously trained staff usually work in three person teams. This ensures the work is carried out efficiently and effectively. We endeavour to ensure the same team work for you each time. Of course none are allowed to eat, smoke or use appliances while in or around your home or office.
What will it cost ?
You and your home or office are unique, and you aren’t forced to have the same service as everyone else. The fees are based on the services we agree with you, and will take account of factors such as the size of property to be cleaned, the number of occupants, and the frequency of the clean.
Does your company carry insurance ?
Yes, of course we are fully insured.
Do you bring all your own equipments and supplies ?
Yes. Everything. That means you don’t have to spend your time buying, taking out or putting away any supplies, or wonder about where to find the best equipment and products as we do all this for you. We transport all tools and supplies to your home or office in a customised vehicle, with the cleaning team, for each clean.
What if something gets broken ?
First of all, we are fully insured. If you have any items which are particularly delicate or irreplaceable, or of high sentimental value, please let us know at our initial meeting so we can discuss your requirements. As you’d expect, we treat your possessions with the utmost care. In the highly unlikely event that something is damaged or broken, the supervisor will leave notification in writing for you and we will endeavour to contact you immediately.
What kind of construction do you specialize in ?
If you’re a general contractor, this is your place to boast about the variety of work that you’ve done and how versatile your skills are. Or, talk about your one favorite area of work. For specialized construction teams, such as roofers or commercial remodeling construction companies, this is where you can talk all about the projects that you have undertaken in the past and the work that you are capable of doing.
It’s also a good place to welcome people to come to you with new ideas if you’re open to that. If not, that’s fine, you can stick to telling them about what you do offer. However, for those who are looking to expand their audience and have the skills, feel free to offer up more services or suggest new areas of expertise to explore here.
How long does a typical construction project take ?
This is one of those “million-dollar questions” that no one ever really has an answer to. Everyone wants a timeline but there’s not really a way to pin one down until a project is bid on, budgeted, planned, and ready to go to the final approval before work starts. You can find ballpark estimates online if you want to offer them, but it’s best to use this space to tell people that you’ll be able to discuss what they want and figure out a timeline that works for everyone.
Do you have your own crew or do you hire subcontractors ?
We have a full team of contractors and subcontractors at our service ready for any projects.
What Documents are Needed for Import/Export ?
Standard documents like commercial invoices and certificates of origin are the most important. However, each commodity might also require additional documentation.
Do you provide emergency service ?
Yes. Call our office and follow the prompts for after hour service calls.
